Scope
This page describes what happens on this site itself, not on the outside sites that its outbound links and buttons lead to. The site is a set of static files served by a content delivery network, which handles the technical delivery of every request as the hosting provider. Pages are self-contained: everything a page needs to display loads from this domain, and fonts used on the page are embedded locally rather than pulled from an outside source. No outside host receives any information while a page is being shown.
Visit Data
A small amount of visit data is collected, but only when a visitor arrives from a search engine. What is collected is limited to the page path, the type of event, the name of the referring search engine, and the text of any outbound button that gets clicked. This is recorded through a first-party visit beacon sent to an edge analytics endpoint, and it is stored in the operator's own logs on the same domain. The purpose is limited to counting page views and clicks on outbound buttons; the data is not used for anything beyond that traffic count. The content delivery network also reports the country a request came from, with nothing more precise about location.
- Session view flag — a marker kept in the browser only for the current session, used so that a single page view is not counted more than once. It does not persist beyond the session.
- Search-engine cookie — one first-party cookie, set only when a visit arrives from a search engine, lasting up to one hour. It holds only the name of that search engine, and its sole use is to identify which search engine a later outbound-link click came from.
- Outbound redirect — an outbound link first goes to a path on this domain and is then redirected to the destination site. This lets a click be counted, but it does not share any stored visit data with the destination; the destination receives only the request the visitor's own browser sends when it arrives there.
What Is Not Collected
There are no forms on this site, no third-party analytics, no external subresources loaded from other domains, and no contact channels of any kind. No names, e-mail addresses, account identifiers or payment details are collected. No login, registration or user account exists, and no persistent identifier or other browser storage is set beyond the one short-lived cookie and the session flag described above. No visitor data is shared with advertising networks, data brokers or outside analytics services, and no third-party or advertising cookies are used.
Outbound Links
This site links out to third-party sites, including festival partners and ticketing or information pages. Once a link is followed, the destination site receives the request directly from the visitor's browser and keeps its own separate record of that visit. This site does not control what a destination site does with that request, and this page describes only the practices of this domain, not of any site reached through an outbound link.
